Maclaren Volo – Best Product for Best Babies

Maclaren is a British company with a significant market presence in the United States. They are known for their premium styles and colors. All of their strollers are based on quality. This particular model is one of the best selling models. I’ve been so excided when they first launched it. I was excided to see they did a great job of the styling. This is really an urban walker. And with the two wheels in the front it provides some extra maneuverability, flexibility as you are strolling. It is very easy to push. Also, it comes with some really nice style on the tubing and that is one of the things they are known for. That provides really unique style to the stroller and makes it look very nice.

The Maclaren Volo is a premium category product. It is a stroller that really shows the style, the uniqueness of the features that are available on strollers today.

Maclaren Volo is a lightweight stroller (weighs in around 8 pounds but can hold a child from 6 months up to 4 years). This umbrella style stroller features a wide seat and unlike other baby strollers it comes with a lifetime warranty. Also, unlike other products of its kind this one features recline. Simply pull the straps on the side and it will recline slightly for your child. It also features a 5 point harness for your child safety as well as front wheels that can either swivel or be locked in a fixed position. This urban walker also has a window on the top to see your child.

Many of the umbrella strollers on the market today that feature the mash seat are a little uncomfortable for children. But the Maclaren Volo has a very comfortable easy to clean removable mash seat for your child. Also, it comes with a mash shopping basket below the seat as well as foam padded handles and angled frame for comfortable pushing.

The fold feature here is very unique. The Volo has an easy and fast folding mechanism with handy carry strap. First, unlock the canopy and compress it. Than locate the release on the bottom and pull it up and it will fold forward and lock into place and you have a very compact stroller. Also has a carrying strap to through over your shoulder. It comes standard with a rain canopy and a hood.



This stroller comes out of the box ready to go and it is very unique. This is the model my husband and I use when we are looking for quick trips out to the grocery store and need a good stroller that does not take up all the space. It has great premium fabrics, nice canopy that goes with it and a little pocket and pouch in the back for keys, cell phones and other mom and dad essentials.

The really nice feature about the Maclaren Stroller is the suspension system. It is very good for off road ride. But it performs best on flat surfaces, such as concrete and sidewalks.



So, this is a great stroller. It is great for travel as well as for everyday use. It is lightweight and very easy to use. I definitely recommend it to moms and dads who could use a little extra help.

Maclaren Volo - Top of the Line Stroller

Maclaren Volo is one of the Maclaren’s best strollers. Normally I wouldn’t recommend using an umbrella stroller as a travel system but the Maclaren Volo is one of my exceptions. Weighing in around 8 pounds it is a lightweight stroller which as a fabulous umbrella folds. The seat is very roomy for your growing child. It has a great 5 point harness that is adjustable for larger children and smaller children. There’s a buckle that’s easy for mom to do but actually a little hard for the child trying to get out. And it is adjustable in several different heights.

The roomy seat has a recliner that is easy to do with a strap system. The Maclaren Volo has a great canopy that shades your child and has a great large picaboo window on the back. And I just love the ergonomic handles on the back that are higher from the most umbrella strollers and even taller moms and dads not to kick the frame if they have a longer stride.

There’s planty of storage on this umbrella stroller. Theirs is a large pocket for mom’s essentials on the back of the canopy as well as a large basket for an umbrella stroller. It is easily accessible. If you recline the seat all the way it may be hard to get in and out of but it is still a fabulous basket for an umbrella stroller.

The Maclaren Volo has a great maneuverability. It is very easy to turn even one handed when a three year old in it you can still turn it without any problems. This umbrella stroller with a full size features is very easy to fold (folding dimensions 41 inches by 19 inches). It folds down flat in a matter of seconds and an automatic lock on the side locks it in place. And it features a great carry handle. It weighs only around 8 pounds so it is easy to travel with it and no problem to carry. Unfolding this stroller is also very easy to do. Just unlock the automatic lock and you are ready to go.

This lightweight stroller has the centre of gravity so that it is very sturdy so that you can even hang things on the handle. You can take a medium size diaper bag, hang it on the handles and even empty it has no chance of tipping backwards. Of course, you can’t hang a tone of stuff but it is a great feature.



A great accessory that comes with the Volo is the rain guard that actually zips to the canopy. It is very large and completely protects your child all the way down to their feet from the rain elements. Transporting this baby stroller is so easy to do. It folds very quickly and takes no room in your car. And this is great. I absolutely love the Volo for being lightweight and having the full sized features. If I had one tiny complaint is the price. It is also good to know that it has a weight limit of around 40 pounds which is a very large child.



Overall, this stroller is sturdy, has great maneuverability, a fabulous basket, great 5 point harness and I give it five stars.
